Pattaya is divided into two beach fronts. The bay which runs parallel to the city centre and Jomtien beach. Jomtien is on the southern area of the bay, where there many hotels to choose from. There are numerous offshore islands, some being accessible by speedboat in less than 15 minutes. These islands include: Ko Larn (main island), Ko Sak and Ko Krok located 7 km from the western shores of Pattaya.
